Auction Report
On Friday 16th April 2010, Southern Grampians Real Estate auctioned five Separate ex-public housing properties.
The five properties were auctioned one after another by auctioneer Heath Templeton.
Out of the five properties, two were sold at auction and one was sold after auction.
Details are:
- 101 Bree Road sold for $95,000 with bidding starting at $60,000
- 47 Bree Road sold for $91,000 with bidding starting at $65,000
- 197 Kent Road sold for an undisclosed amount
There were two properties passed in at auction, which are now listed on the market.
They are:
- 49 Bree Road
- 29 Church Street, Coleraine
Overall the auction was a great success and the vendors are extremely happy with the outcome.
