Our team also handles all bond documentation and coordinates payments with the Residential Tenancies Bond Authority.

In accordance with legislation, we conduct regular property inspections to ensure your investment is well maintained and the tenancy is progressing smoothly. After each inspection, we prepare a comprehensive report complete with photographs, noting the overall condition and any recommended maintenance or repairs.

Maintenance Condition Report

We care for your property as if it were our own. Our Property Management team handles every detail—from urgent repairs to routine maintenance—ensuring your investment is well-maintained, its value preserved, and tenant satisfaction guaranteed. Prior to the start of each tenancy, we conduct a thorough property condition report complete with digital photographs. Copies are provided to the incoming tenant for review, adjustments, and signature, then securely filed throughout the lease term. This report is essential at tenancy end, serving as a key reference for assessing the property’s condition and facilitating the bond refund process.
