Being a first time vendor I asked two Hamiltonians for advice on which Agent to approach. They both suggested Southern Grampians. A google search revealed their sales statistics as the leading agent for sales in the area. An appointment was made with Bridget, who turn up at the appointed time and guided me through the sales and paperwork procedures. All too easy!
